I just released this Directory with several categories. But the interesting feature is additional Category for Popular Web Portals. We all know about EntreCard. It is the Popular Free Advertising portal based on Credits. It has 1000's of blogs in the network. and it has good rules for good network. So that I added EntreCard Blogs Category as Top Category.
